I'm Phil, Founder and MD at Tribal Breath. I am a Certified Wim Hof Method instructor and fully committed to the Method and it's 3 pillars. For 5 years, I have incorporated the Wim Hof Method into my daily routine. I was introduced to the method through wild winter swimming. I invite you to come for a fun-loving and hyperactive experience.

Kane Malukas

Business Support Consultant

Hi, I'm Kane. I am the Business Support Consultant for Tribal Breath. I am responsible for hands on Web Design, Social Media and Marketing. My interest lies with the potential for enhancing sport performance. At Tribal Breath, we utilise the power of breath and cold exposure with respect to Wim Hof and his pioneering method. I have a BA Hons in Sport Business Management from Hartpury University in Gloucestershire. I have worked as a fitness instructor with a Hotel Chain, and with Gloucester Rugby Club in a business capacity.

Movement, Music and Dance coach

Hey, I am a breathwork aficionado and proud to support Tribal Breath in music and movement. I have been teaching movement and rhythm to young humans for 20 years +, and taking Latino dance sessions for a lifetime. I was until recently the co-owner of a gym where we specialised in raising the body confidence in women. I now care for my 2 adult children who have a degenerative, genetic condition. I have spent time in Cuba with them exploring the body, brain connection and our propensity for expansion of range of movement and maintaining strength of both body and mind. I bring all of this experience together with a massive respect for the power of joy, nature and human connection which I incorporate fully in to life and work.

Open Water Swim Coach and Ice Miler

Hi, I'm Johnny Myatt. I am a Guinness World Record Holder and Ice Miler, as well as a swimming coach and motivational speaker. As a swimmer, I have extensive knowledge of competitive swimming, stroke improvement and all aspects of safety in the water. Through challenging myself in terms of distance, temperature and harsh environments, I feel that I can offer Tribal Breath participants insight into mindset and commitment.

Rebecca

Dance Coach

Hey there, I'm Rebecca, a dance coach with Tribal Breath, I fully support Phil and Kathy in their Mantra "The Body Receives what the Mind Believes". I am Schooled in Gymnastics, ballet and street dance, I have performed at the Everyman Theatre and the Bacon Theatre in Cheltenham and Her Majesty's Theatre in London. I attended a Performing Arts School, which has given me the tools to choreograph and improvise. This I enjoy passing on to participants. Movement brings pure joy, ecstasy and elation. Blissful moments to share.
